Team #7 Kung Fu Panda
KUNG FU PANDA
Kung
Fu Panda is an animated film by Dreamworks Animation Studios, directed by Mark
Osborne and John Wayne Stevenson. Starring Jack Black, Jackie Chan, Dustin
Hoffman, Angelina Jolie, Ian McShane, Lucy Liu and David Cross. Released
in the United States on June 6, 2008. It is the first installment of the Kung
Fu Panda Franchise.
The story takes place in the Valley of Peace, a fictional place in Ancient
China inhabited by anthropomorphic animals, trained by the wise Master Shifu
(Dustin Hoffman), to protect the valley.
Po, the protagonist of the film is a clumsy and overweight young panda, is a
kung fu enthusiast who idolizes the Furious Five, who are the kung fu
warriors. Tigress, Monkey, Mantis, Viper and Crane, trained by Master
Shifu.
Meanwhile, the Five try to stop Tai Lung, to be forced to return after being
defeated. In that context, Master considers that Po is ready to receive
the Dragon Scroll, which he takes from a vault of the sacred temple, and hands
it to him; Po proves that he is a tenacious adversary, capable of severe
blows to Tai Lung, who only after a strong martial confrontation manages to
take over Rollo.
The
movie is really enjoyabe to watch. It has a good blend between humor and action
scenes with great kung fu choreographies that are surprisely well done if you
have in mind that we are talking abiut antropomorphic animals. Also, the
photography has really great shots that are posible only in an animated movie.
And the characters development is a great job too, specially in the villain Tai
Lung and his backstory.
I
trully reccomend it not just for kids, but to grown up, because you’ll have a
good time together, or even alone. The movie does it really well, and as it
could have been a ridiculous story, it is a fun and finally a well told one.

ResponderBorrar**I thought it was a good movie, since they are animated characters and in a certain way make you reflect on the important things of real life; I consider this film a good one to recommend to the children, so that it leaves them a great learning about the importance of working as a team and accepting oneself.**

ResponderBorrarThe film is nice for children because of the animals, it is about a panda who works in a noodle restaurant but his dream is to be a master of Kun Fu and his life takes an unexpected turn when the turtle master gave him the title to protect the city, his classmates and teacher did not accept but hard work and earned the respect of his peers and that makes it an interesting movie.
